Shipping costs are based on the weight of the parcel and are costs which are passed on directly from the courier. By doing this, we are able to keep the prices we charge for the products as low as possible.
We currently ship within England, Wales and Scotland, (excluding the Highlands & Islands) by Parcel Force/ Royal Mail to provide an efficient, reliable 24 hour delivery service, excluding weekends.
In the event that you are out when they attempt delivery, the driver will leave the parcel with a neighbour & put a card through your door. If this is not possible, he will return it to a local POST OFFICE, where you can collect it. (NB: you will need to take the card & PHOTO ID to do this!)
Charges within these areas are as follows:
£ 1.80 for 0 - 249g
£ 2.25 for 250 - 499g
£ 2.75 for 500 - 749g
£ 3.25 for 750 - 999g
£ 6.50 for 1kg - 30kg
£13.00 for 30kg - 59.99kg
For customers in the Scottish Highlands & Islands; Northern Ireland; Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly and also the Channel Islands:
For a parcel weighing over 1kg up to 29.99kg the charge is £13.00
For customers outside the U.K., the charges are as follows for a parcel weighing 1kg - 29.9kg:
£15.00 to: Republic of Ireland; Belgium; Netherlands & Luxembourg.
£16.50 to: France; Germany & Denmark.
£25.99 to: MAINLAND Spain/ Italy/ Greece, excluding the Islands of these countries.

Damaged items: if you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you should return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange only.
