Wherever possible, great care is taken to ensure goods reach you in perfect condition. However, if an item is faulty/broken/ leaking, please inform us WITHIN 5 working days of receipt. We may then require you to return the item complete with all packaging to us within 30 days for replacement.
If you wish to claim a refund, please return the item concerned complete with ALL of its packaging. The refund will cover the cost of the item ONLY, not any shipping costs involved. This excludes glass items.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace an item where the packaging of an item is damaged, but the integrity of the contents therein remain intact and fit for purpose.
We will not reimburse any shipping costs involved.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please report non-delivery of an order WITHIN 10 working days of placing said order. We will be happy to provide any necessary documentation to facilitate the investigation of lost items with and subsequent claims against the shipping company concerned.
