Elderflower Champagne kit (PET)

Everything you need to make this classic summer drink, except for the freshly picked elderflowers and ordinary sugar. This kit contains 2x 10 litre fermentation buckets; airlock; syphon; muslin bag; long handled plastic spoon; 1x Lalvin champagne yeast; 100g citric acid; 100g wine tannin; 100g yeast nutrient; 10x 1 litre PET bottles. We have also included our very own family recipe, which has been tasted by OZ CLARKE and he LOVED it!!
